• Working with your financial, commercial, and operational experts and leveraging outside expertise to define possible scenarios.
• Defining roadmap, impact, and plan to achieve impact.   
• Areas of expertise include manufacturing footprint, network, and plant breakthrough cost and overhead improvement.

Achieving operational and strategic goals requires (1) alignment on the execution plan and deliverables, (2) solid team capabilities and skills, and (3) the appropriate cadence to execute and monitor.

• Defining and aligning on the execution plan - scope, resources, deliverables and timing, costs, and metrics - through a focused and efficient process including leadership alignment
• Building team capabilities in execution, project management, problem resolution, and change management.  This is achieved working side-by-side with project leaders and teams during execution to remove barriers, resolve issues, and adjust the initiatives in a process appropriate for the team.
• Implementing the cadence, monitoring and adjustment appropriate for execution and leadership support.
• Improving leadership impact on execution through participation in reviews.  Provide leaders feedback regarding monitoring project status and adjustment, supporting the team, and breaking down barriers to ensure attaining goals.
